泡沫沥青冷再生处理介绍

1、设计方面的建议：

1）、泡沫沥青再生结构层的功能范围：可利用旧路面的全部沥青层材料用作路面的上基层（或下面层）结构；也可利用旧路面的沥青层及原水稳基层混合再生形成新的柔性基层。

1）、沥青材料的控制：应采用配合比设计阶段取样选用及施工前取样检测的方法，确保沥青性能满足泡沫沥青的使用要求。

2）、新添材料的控制：为改善泡沫沥青的级配，提高结构层抵抗变形的性能，泡沫沥青混合料中一般应新添百分之10-百分之20碎石材料。如有两种及以上的新添材料，应采用连续式计量设备进行配料，以确保材料掺配的均匀性。
